Design and customization

Build and materials
Each piece uses marine-grade unsaturated polyester resin with chopped strand mat and woven roving, laid over a welded steel internal armature. The armature is engineered for the piece's size and wind load, with stainless hardware at all connection points. A UV-stable gelcoat goes on first, followed by an automotive-grade polyurethane topcoat. This is a true custom fiberglass sculpture build, not a rotomolded or concrete cast. Outdoor service life is 10 to 30+ years, with a repaint or re-coat cycle every 5 to 7 years. The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Finishes and color
We match any Pantone shade to 98% accuracy. Gloss or matte topcoat is your choice. Faces, costumes, and props can be painted in multiple colors with crisp edges, and small details like eyes or badges are masked and sprayed separately. If the sculpture sits in direct sun, we can add a clear UV topcoat for extra color hold. Surface texture can be smooth, satin, or lightly textured to suggest fabric or fur. All paint is applied in a spray booth and cured before packing.
