What do I need to get a quote?
Send a photo, a drawing, a 3D file or a written description with target size and quantity. We reply with a specification and price within 24–48 hours. Clear reference images speed up the estimate.
What is the MOQ for custom fiberglass sculptures?
There is no minimum order quantity for one-off custom sculptures — we accept single-piece projects. For identical production runs, the mold cost is shared across the quantity, so unit price drops as volume increases.
Can you make a sculpture from my photo or sketch?
Yes. A photo or sketch is enough to start. We create a 3D model for approval, then build the mold and the sculpture to match your reference.
Can you manufacture from our 3D file, and which formats do you accept?
Yes — 3D-driven projects are our normal workflow. Send a 3D file (STEP, IGES, STL or OBJ), a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF), or even a physical sample. We confirm wall thickness, split lines, mounting points and finish before tooling, and we can work under NDA on licensed or unpublished designs.
How long does a custom sculpture take?
Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from approved design to finished piece, depending on size and complexity. Large monumental projects can take 8–10 weeks. Rush options are available for smaller pieces.
Are your sculptures suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. We use UV-stable gel coats and weatherproof resin systems, with optional internal steel reinforcement. Outdoor pieces are engineered for sun, rain and freeze-thaw cycles.
How is shipping to the USA handled?
Large pieces ship in steel-framed wooden crates by sea (LCL or FCL) to major US ports, or by air for smaller pieces. We provide export documentation and arrange door-to-door freight on request.
Do you offer samples or prototypes?
Yes. For larger orders we can produce a scale model or a key-section sample for approval before full production. Sample cost is credited toward the final order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Our own mold shop, lamination shop, finishing line and export packing team are in Quanzhou, China — design, sculpting, molding, FRP lamination, painting and crating all take place on one site. That is why we can quote engineering questions directly and show you production photos instead of forwarding them.
Can I visit the factory or arrange an inspection?
Yes. Overseas buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome by appointment — we can arrange a video walkthrough of your piece in production, or host an on-site inspection during lamination or before packing.
Who owns the mold after the order?
Mold ownership and retention are agreed in writing before tooling starts. By default we keep the tooling in our shop so your repeat orders use the same mold and stay consistent; if you prefer the mold to be shipped to you after the run, we can quote that as an option.
Do you make non-sculpture FRP parts?
Yes — decorative FRP structures, components, moldings and custom fabrication are handled by our custom FRP fabrication service.
