Design and customization
Send a sketch, a photo of an existing seat, or a rough dimension plan. We turn it into a build drawing that shows the seat height, the load points and how the steel armature ties into your slab or footing. Sizes are fully custom: a small elephant seat might stand 80 cm tall, while a dragon bench can run 200 cm long. The seat surface can be flat, contoured or saddle-shaped, and we can add a hidden steel plate for bolting. Every unit is made to order, MOQ 1 piece. The tooling is a one-time cost, so a second identical seat in the same run is cheaper than the first.
Build and materials
The shell is marine-grade unsaturated polyester resin with chopped strand mat and woven roving, laid over a welded steel internal armature. That steel frame carries the seat load, so the fiberglass is not asked to hold a person's weight on its own. Stainless hardware is used at all fixing points. The outer gelcoat is UV-stable, and the color coat is automotive-grade polyurethane. Outdoors, expect 10 to 30+ years of service life, with a repaint or re-coat every 5 to 7 years depending on sun and salt exposure.
