Design and customization

Each figure is hand laid in marine-grade unsaturated polyester resin with chopped strand mat and woven roving over a welded steel internal armature. The UV-stable gelcoat and automotive-grade polyurethane topcoat hold color outdoors for 5 to 7 years between recoats, and the structure is rated for 10 to 30+ years of outdoor service. We keep wall thickness consistent so the piece does not oil-can or crack at the joints.
