Christmas Santa Bear Mass Production Run

Batch production of hundreds of identical Santa bear figurines for a seasonal decoration wholesale program. Each bear is dressed in a classic red Santa outfit with white trim, holding a candy cane, in a standing pose with black boots.

The program required strict visual consistency across a large quantity of units, durable glossy finishes, and production scheduling to meet holiday market deadlines.

We used reusable production molds with consistent gel coat application and hand finishing, then packed each unit with protective bubble wrap and crate packing for export.

Hundreds of identical units delivered with consistent color and finish, ready for distribution across retail channels in time for the holiday season.
